طالبان وايي، د استانبول په غونډه کې د ګډون لپاره درې شرطه لري

وسله والو طالبانو د افغان سولې په تړاو د استانبول په کنفرانس کې د ګډون لپاره درې شرطه وړاندې کړې وايي، که دغه شرطونه ومنل شي ګډون په کې کوي.

د طالبانو دوه لوړ پوړو چارواکو د نوم نه ښودلو په شرط امریکا غږ ته ویلي یو له شرطونو دا دی، چې د استانبول غونډه به له درې ورځو زیاته نه وي.

د طالبانو دغه یوه چارواکي زیاته کړې، د دوی دویم شرط دا دی، چې د غونډې اجنډا به د افغانستان د مهمو موضوعاتو په اړه تصمیم نیوونکې نه وي او درېیم دا چې د طالبانو ګډون به په کې په ټیټه کچه وي.

دغه طالب چارواکي ویلي«دا زموږ د مشرتابه وړاندیز دی.»

یوه بل طالب چارواکي هم امریکا غږ ته دا شرطونه تایید کړي، وايي د دوی مشرتابه د استانبول په غونډه کې ګډون پلوي نه و، خو د پاکستان او قطر له غوښتې وروسته دا تصمیم ونیول شو، چې د استانبول په غونډه کې به په دغه شرطونو ګډون کوي.

دغه طالب چارواکي په دې اړه چې د استانبول په غونډه کې به د دوی په استازیتوب څه ګډون وکړي، جزیات نه دي ورکړي.

دې طالب چارواکي زیاته کړه، د دوی مشرتابه نه غواړي، چې د استانبول غونده د تصمیم نیونې پر ځای بدل شي او د دې هم مخالف دي، چې په دغه غونډه کې دې کومه مشخصه اجنډا ځای کړل شي.

په ورته وخت کې دغه طالب چارواکي د اوربند په اړه د یوې پوښتنې په ځواب کې ویلي، طالبان په اوس وخت کې اوربند اعلان نه کړي او نه به هم بین الافغاني خبرو کې د اوربند په اړه کوم تصمیم ونیسي.

ټاکل شوې وه، د افغان سولې په تړاو د استانبول غونډه د تېرې اپرېل میاشتې په ۱۶ مه پیل او لس ورځې دوام وکړي، خو د طالبانو له انکار سره د ترکیې له خوا د اپرېل ۲۴ مې ته وځنډول شوه خو طالبانو بیا په کې له ګډون څخه انکار وکړ، نو همدا و چې تر اوسه پورې ځنډېدلې او کره نېټه یې لا هم نه ده معلومه.
